MAP employs its expertise in public health, healthcare policy, evidence-based messaging, policy-relevant research and public health strategy helps to advance and defend access to life sustaining, transition-related health care.

Campaign for Southern Equality
Through the Southern Trans Youth Emergency Project, families are provided with travel grants to enable them to travel from any one of the 24 states with bans on health care for trans youth to access states to receive life-sustaining medical care.

Fund for Trans Generations
The Fund for Trans Generations invests in BIPOC, trans-led organizations working to advance community safety, supportive community housing, decarceration, and access to health care and mental health—to build a world in which all people can live with self determination, safety, and joy.

Trans Future Funding Campaign (coming soon)
TFFC’s aims to educate and inspire institutional funders to increase general operating, low-barrier, multi-year grants directly to transgender-led organizations in regions where the transgender people’s rights are under attack, or to partner with intermediary grantmakers with existing grantee relationships in these regions.
